Only the first part (of 23) is still available. The article has been online for quite awhile, so the rest must be Somewhere. However, hours of searching (in English and Hebrew) have yielded nothing but the same portion.

If it's not a commercially available book (and I hope it's in English, otherwise your request violates the rules) but a privately compiled work that was only ever available on Google Drive, I'll have to decline the request since it's extremely unlikely it will ever be shared publicly again. However, in the highly improbable case that somebody does have those files and is willing to share, feel free to post them here. This section is for requesting books, not privately held papers.
