You're aware it's been already requested by your own admission, no need to open a new thread. In such a case, reply "Bump!" or word to that effect to the original request to bump it to the front of the queue. Additionally, it's a rare book according to Rule No. 5 since it's only available from fringe book dealers, so your request would have been declined anyway.
