What would It take to curse the homeless able bodied with proactive self improvement? Would it actually influence the homeless, thus causing the rate of Homelessness to decrease or shrink?

SSDI is declining due to migrant homelessness and people putting their grubby hands in the SSDI cookie jar.

I'm homeless. I am not able bodied though. The reasoning is to decrease the number of fake applicants.

It would take more effort than manifesting miraculous healing of whatever ails you, and/or a massive windfall of wealth. Such that you would have no future need of SSDI.
You're describing a colossal undertaking, even just the fakers have a wide range of reasons why they are doing what they are doing. They are all going to need several/many magickal effects, and those are all going to be different/personal to them. These effects will have to be maintained over time, and will probably change over time as well. Even doing this effectively on one person would be a significant effort. Multiply by thousands or tens of thousands of people, most of which you don't know, and have no connection to, and yikes. I'm exhausted just thinking about it.

Just do magick to ensure your benefits keep coming.

Wherever we are in life, this is the only way for all of us.

If energy is poured into external channels, we splinter ourselves endlessly because the distractions/"things that need fixing" are endless. In the end, that work comes to naught. If energy is poured into our own evolution, we not only enjoy our own experience of life much more, we actually do more to improve the condition of the world.

One said "It is more blessed to give than to receive” but, first, you have to be in a strong enough position to be able to give.
