I have seen some people make positive claims about this 'book'. Apparently, there is no hard copy of this book and only online presence. If anyone happens to have a soft copy of this, do post it here.

EDIT: I've decided to switch your request back to Open again since only today I posted a book myself that was only available from a fringe publisher and a few mini-webshops - but it was an ebook, that's what counts; all too often members request expensive limited edition hardcovers that hardly ever get digitized by their owners. Besides, my book was more niche than yours that should have a more general appeal. The author is a certain Auron Malvek btw in case anybody else is looking for the book.
