Dimensions were synonymous with parallel universes or alternative realities. Every thought and decision traverses our interdimensional being into one dimension or another, slowly transferring our souls to where they inevitably are.

The ability to manifest or timeline jump is made manifest through belief, belief is in many ways quantifiable. “Manifesting”, reality shifting, or quantum jumping could be as simple as transferring water from one glass (dimension A) to another (dimension B),then drinking said glass. The “2 Glasses Method” supposedly brings on a conscious dimension jump that transports you from an undesirable to a desirable situation.

is a technique that changes your current situation to the desired situation. At first, this exercise might look similar to that of the law of attraction but in reality, the two cup method does not claim to attract anything in life.

Instead, this method helps you walk into another dimension. To understand this method clearly, the first belief that anybody should keep is that any conceivable version that you have of yourself exists in its own dimension and this technique helps you shift to that dimension where life is good and is what you desire.

It is a method which can be practised by anybody, even at their homes! All you need is,

  • 2 glasses
  • Some water
  • 2 bits of paper and
  • Pen

How To Perform The Dimensional Jumping Two Cup Method

First, choose a specific situation that you would like to change and you don’t necessarily have much influence over.

Picture the current situation and decide clearly what changes you would want.

  • Fill one of the two glasses with water
  • One first label, write a word that depicts the current situation and stick it to the first glass.
  • On the second glass, stick a label that summarises the desired situation, in a word.
  • Place the 2 glasses in front of you, take a pause and contemplate how your life is currently filled with the first situation and empty of the desired one.
  • Then when you’ve done it, pour the water in glass one (depicting the current situation), in glass two (labelled as the desired situation). Keenly observe and feel the sound and see the water pouring.
  • Once you’re done with the shifting, sit back, relax, take a deep breath and allow yourself to feel the relief.
  • Drink the water from the desired situation labelled glass and enjoy the satisfaction of having made the desired change.
  • After this, take off the labels and put the glasses away and carry on with your normal life.
What needs to be completely kept in mind here is that this exercise is known to give the results. So, be sure you only label the desired situation that you want and will be happy having it.

In essence, all the dimensional jumping techniques describe just one basic technique which is, detaching from the current sensory pattern, allowing a formatting shift and triggering a replacement either by deliberate intending or by accidentally aligning via mood association.

  • The mirror method:- This follows a traditional approach for detaching one’s attentional focus to permitting a formative shift.
  • Overwriting, deciding, and patterning for extended pattern triggering and autocompletion.
  • Memory block exploration via infinite grid and hall of records metaphor structuring
  • Neville Goddard’s approach

This is really cool. I hadn't heard of this before. Honestly, I think this is purely psychological, which for me doesn't negate the usefulness. It's essentially "brain magick", which the younger generation might refer to as mind hacks, or even just positive thinking/affirmation. I have no doubt that it works, and I'll be giving the two cup method a try. I like testing things like this.

These are the types of experiments that would be cool to carry on with forum members. Obviously, as someone pointed out, it won't be "scientific", and there's no way to stop someone from just making stuff up. Even with the negatives, it'd be cool to take easily testable things like this and have a group of people try it out and report back what happens.

Here's the mirror method:

  • 1.) First things first, you're going to need a mirror. The bigger the mirror the better. If you could theoretically walk through the mirror all the better. Small mirrors will still work but for whatever reason, the bigger the better.
  • 2.) Best times to do this are at night. Most success happens at around 12-3, although you can still do it in the day time. Just harder.
  • 3.) Turn off all the lights, get rid of as much noise as possible, and sit facing the mirror. Have a candle between the mirror and you. Candle might or might not needed, but we started having a lot more success once the candle was involved. Everything else around you should be dark.
  • 4.) Relax, clear your mind. BE POSITIVE HERE. If you're scared or think something is going to jump out at you, just stop and try again when you can relax. Remember, that you in the reflection represents another you. You can trust YOU. It's not another entity, it's not some demon, it's just YOU. Remember that above all else!
  • 5.)Concentrate on your reflection. There is nothing else but you and the YOU in the mirror. A YOU from a different place a lot similar to your own. Call out to that YOU, whether it is out loud or in your head. Concentrate on switching places with that YOU. It often helps if you can imagine poring as much emotion and energy as possible when imagining you're switching into that other dimension.
  • 6.) It takes awhile, and some get it faster than others, but if you "shifted" from your current universe, you should feel something. Some of the signs for small shifts have been a brief feeling of movement, a moment of disorientation, or even your reflection blinking at you when you didn't blink. Bigger shifts include your reflection moving on it's own or even the feeling of you literally moving into the side. The bigger the shift, the more you feel.
  • 7.) If you feel any signs, STOP! Take a few days to note any changes. The signs can be small, like a scar on someone that has mysteriously disappeared or something being a different color. The more you shift, the bigger the differences you see. Other signs you may notice when the switch occurs; a feeling of euphoria, slight shivers for a few seconds, movement, reflection moving without you moving, feeling of falling, bursting of light across your vision, slight static shock.
  • 8.) Optional, but it works better if you have a "destination" in mind. For example, you can focus on you switching places with the YOU that has more money, or slightly better off in general. Harry did this and he had the most positive results.

Quantum Multitasking​


The ritual:

1) Select a series of tasks that can be done in any order. This might be homework problems or some work item at your job. It is something that you should be able to do in isolation and no one outside of yourself should be able to tell which you did first. In fact, it is probably best it is difficult for you to remember which you did first as well.

2) Divide the tasks into two or more groups. The first time you do this, I recommend splitting the tasks into only two groups. Call this group 1 and group 2. As you become experienced, creating more groups with more orderings might be easier.

It must have a quantum source - something like the dual slit experiment. The atmospheric noise used to generate the values at random.org is likely not good enough.

Every time you observe a random number from this site, you split across multiple versions. Every time the observation changes nothing, you remerge shortly after.

4) Request a single random number from zero to one. If you get zero, then perform the tasks in group 1 followed by the tasks in group 2. If you get one, then perform the tasks in group 2 followed by the tasks in group 1.

If all goes well, you will begin to collapse into a single version of yourself as you progress on the second group. Your mental state will be similar to your other self and the states will remerge. As this happens, information will leak between the two versions. You will both complete the tasks in the second group (which is either group 1 or group 2) using information that the other learned in the first group (either group 2 or group 1). If this theory is correct, the total time to complete both groups should be shorter than it would have taken you without ordering based on the random number generator.

Unless of course there are several versions of you using parallel processing to speed up unfoldment and karmic resolution - or perhaps some versions of you are contagious and being kept separate to limit adverse effects on the most important timelines.

That might depend on the causes of the current situation.

Sometimes people cling to their current problems. And some find their identity in their troubles

I recall long ago when I learned meditation, some meditators complained of losing their personality. It seems that they found their identity (difference from other people) in the set of problems they had. Losing the problems was losing their identity

If the underlying problems have been released, a ritual to focus intent on the desired situation might well be effective
