[Help] Disable auto merge in book requests section for bumping

Thank you SkullTraill as so far this is good feature.

I was thinking if this feature would be disabled in the Book Requests section and instead to add a new rule there that a thread be bumped only once a week or so.
You see, old requests once bumped by a user cannot be bumped again due to the mentioned feature.

Ah yes, fair point. I’ll consider what can be done that would make sense both ways. If possible please make a suggestion thread in the suggestion section so that I don’t lose track of this.
