Dissertation-posting Policy

Does anyone know whether-or-not posting a dissertation is allowed or even considered desirable on WF, and if so, where?

Probably best uploaded to the library as a PDF, provided it is occult related and it's accurately labeled.

As long as it's in English and on-topic, it's ok, I've posted academic papers in our Library myself.
