Here is a 3 page paper I wrote on elemental invocation&banishing. As I have stated on this forum that they should be gone through both ways so the upward spirit pentagram (Spirit over Matter) and the downwards Material pentagram (Matter over Spirit). What is a good formula is 'God name', Arch Angel or Deva in question and then inside your personal sphere of sensation. Here's the paper:
