Seeking Recommendation Energy-Based Magick Books

Hi! I'm looking for books based around using Energy-Based Magick for complete beginners (though more advanced books are welcome as well). I'm interested in both Western Practices (though not really into Ceremonial Magick) and Eastern Practices (Qi, Chi, Prana, Qiqonq, stuff like that). Thanks in advance!

"Energy Work" by Robert Bruce is frequently mentioned in this context. We also have "Real Energy" by Phaedra & Isaac Bonewits. On top of that, there are various books on Nei Gong in the Library as well.

Sadly I don't know anyone, and have absolutely no idea how to even find a person who would be skilled in energy work.
