On the 13th of October 1583 Dee was worried about his many enemies. Gabriel then reminded him of his faith and the covenant of God, and showed Kelley a vision that reminds of the Middle Pillar – as a way of banishing.
This is not like the LBRP where you are doing a preliminary general cleansing of the area by casting a circle, but the purpose here rather is to remove unwanted thoughts, worries and doubts so that they can not materialize.
This is a short little ritual exercise based on the vision.

Imagine a great big throne of Light above you. Then say:
Faelices sunt, quibus Deus spes est.
Et omne opus operatio Dei.
(Happy are those whose hope is God, and every deed is an act of God)

See a beam of Light coming down from the Throne and enter your head, and as this Light slowly descends into you, imagine a white cloud covering your body.

When the Light and the cloud have reached the earth, see how a fire starts beneath your feet, and how the flames reach upward until you are completely clothed in a blazing fire.
The beam of Light is still coming down into your head.

At this point you might see some little black (burnt) specks on the floor, or not. Feel a strong wind coming from above blow straight down on you, removing everything around you and cleaning up the area.

Now see how the fire (though the wind) is replaced by a bright white garment and the Throne is a crown that rests on your head.

Allow this image to fade – know that you can repeat this every time you want to.

At the end of the vision Gabriel spoke a phrase in Enochian that isn't translated. The words seem incomplete or maybe they are conjugations:
GNA SEMEROH JEHUSAN GONSAG VI CAP NEPH JEHUSACH OMSOMNA DEDOILB
I think this can be (very roughly) translated as
First, Receive His Mercy through the Covenant of Faith
and Second, Visit us where Wisdom and Mercy are one
Meaning that you are forgiven on Earth, and will go to Heaven (if you believe)
