I just realized how well the basic four arithmetical operations we use to measure the world (+, x, -, : ) are connected to the four elements.

Anabolic elements that go upwards on the right side of the Tree (air and fire) - creation, expansion ==> going upwards ==> addition and multiplication
Katabolic elements that go downwards on the left side of the Tree (water and earth) - reduction, contraction ==> going downwards ==> subtraction and division
In terms of intensity ==>
addition = fire,
multiplication = air,
subtraction = water,
division = earth

This opens up interesting perspectives for money magic. Anyone brave enough to cook up a little spell or ritual?
And what are some other esoteric math theories you use in your practices?

I do applaud the concept and to be frank I am impressed because I do understand what it takes to "share a couple of lines", the knowledge behind is not seen but it is there...
As for money magic I would simply use a change in mindset...
Yes, for some individuals which need to satisfy the energy of "how it works", who feel the need to have a strong foundation of the knowledge to form the belief it can useful because it needs to "make sense"...

Thanks, Dascent. The temptation is always big to hoard, but I believe hoarding eventually causes things to shrink and go dry. Knowledge should be multiplied (air), then the comments can be ”subtracted” (water) to in turn lead to new understanding…

I have never tried out money magic (and I’m even wary of the “discipline” itself), but a recent event made me curious. While cleaning up the garden stones, I found an old corroded coin of 2 euro. Its color shifted to copper. The German eagle was barely visible. I have pressed it under the soil on the spot where I once buried a crow. Digging it up again on the next full moon.

My magic often start with those intuitive bursts of ritual.

Related to the statement above, Robert. You are a writer, but I rarely see you share significant/daring opinions, takes, insights on the forum. You often stay on the sideline and react with sparse little reactions this one. Is this the most substantial thing you have to say regarding this topic (esoteric math theories). What does the emoji mean in this context? Are you holding something back? Is there not some knowledge you have that you can add to the thread?

Successful money magic starts with a primer of the relinquishing of fear of without. Money magic is dangerous to the magician because you become highly susceptible to the lust for results, and when it works you are in very real danger of immediately crossing into a "i want more" attitude which is pretty ungrateful to whatever god or spirit granted you your petition in the first place.

One can very easily summon terrestrial spirits (demons) for quick manifestations of money. This is the most direct and instant form of money magic however the results are not lasting. This form can get you a couple hundred dollars quick but obviously you will be going back for more. Higher sums of money have come through the Enochian Angels before, but once again, not lasting more rent money than anything else. The djinn can provide you with the typical things we want from money magic, like winning a gamble, but they do it in an underhanded way that ultimately is not what you want and require quite a hefty spiritual payment for these feats, one i have never been willing to give them.


What I have found most effective for money magic is addressing the surrounding issues around finances through money magic. That is, approaching Saturn and his spirits for help with investment, saving, and fear surrounding running out of money. If you can get rid of that fear money magic is a LOT more effective and tends to take care of you in the way you need it to.

Jupiter and his spirits have provided life changing situations that have improved my financial situation such as moving up tax brackets and even to the point I was able to retire at a young age. These petitions and money magic have to be done in an initiatory procedure, that is when you ask for these things you need to be willing to pay in transformation of the self and get through whatever trials they hand you before you receive the outpouring of their gifts.

I still struggle with money magic today as I find myself often testing the spirits with things such as lottery tickets, when I find myself in this mindset I find that I am only manifesting a couple hundred dollars at a time and the sums get smaller and smaller. If I can turn the money magic into an initiatory procedure that provides a transformation of my attitudes towards finances and money thats when I am provided situations that elevate my standard of living along with large sums of money at the end of the ordeal.

This is all I've learned, money magic is tricky and as humans we are weak to the temptations when it works. It is important to stay grateful for where you are at, appreciative of the gifts the gods and spirits provide, and understand that the sum of money is not important whats important is our attitude towards money. If we can be grateful we realize that the spirits and gods are providing for us and can elevate our financial situation into one of abundance.

Don't forget to tithe and give back. In order to fill our cups we must pour out a little.
