Dragon's Blood & Nag Champa incense
Red Paint (or blood, depending how hardcore you are)
A quiet place

Begin by clearing and purifying the area with Nag Champa.
If you have cats let them in the room (no, seriously. She's a god of cats.)
Then, take 2 Dragon's Blood incenses (either cone or stick) and light them. 2 is ideal because life is created by a partnership of two people (also called sex).
Take the paper and draw in red one of the following symbols (for who you love and want the love of):
Now, say:
"I pray to Freyja, goddess of love, war, and the Seiðr, she who dwells in the hall of Sessrúmnir within the field of Fólkvangr, she who lives in the world Vanaheimr, she who I ask to bestow the love of (name of who you love) upon myself."
Concentrate on the symbol.
Let the incense burn out. Keep the charm in your wallet and under your pillow at night.
