Warning: This thread is not for anyone that may consider themselves RHP nor anyone that isn't familiar with meditation or energy manipulation.
The Styx is a river in Greek mythology that formed the boundary between Earth and the Underworld. According to legend, if one can bathe in the river without dying, they become invincible. I believe this was the basis of Achilles.
The basis of this meditation is to invoke that power, and strengthen the spiritual body. However I must issue this disclaimer, it is a sinister power, and the meditation itself can be painful. That being said, the procedure is fairly simple.

Visualize Tartarus and the Styx

Visualize entering the river
4
Inhale the water
5
Feel the water entering your body, and see your blood turning black.

You may now wish to cleanse with the element of water
This can be done daily for spiritual strength. I'm interested in hearing your results with this so please post them if you have any experiences!
