i really want to get good at lucid dreaming and i don't think just a 20 minute youtube tutorial will cut it. i want a very detailed book (it can be a good video as well) with everything i need to know

"I am lucid and aware in dreams" into a unique word like "Lucara" (lucid + aura) or "Drucor" (dream + control).
Step#2: craft a sigil that is related to that cantrip
Step#3: charge the sigil
Step#4: place sigil under pillow
