Hi all, I feel very fortunate to have found this site. I am a Zen practitioner turned Tibetan Buddhist turned Zen practitioner turned Demonalator lol. Being grounded in meditiation really seems to help but this new type of energy experience is wild. Hopefully I will be able to connect with others here to share experiences and techniques for working with these glorious spirits. Wishing everyone all the best on their journey.
