Call me M or M Two.

I'm interested in and learning about Witchcraft (relatively new, but I'm most comfortable with the basics and Sigilwork), most drawn the left-hand path/black magic and use of flowers, and in general I'm very drawn to the flame element. I don't particularly care about any one path, so I guess that makes me more oriented in Chaos Magic? really I just tinker with several methods I resonate with.

I'm also highly invested in Alchemy and Mysticism, both connected to no religious denomination in particular outside of iconography and symbology in a vacuum because I have a very raw nerve about standard religious schools of thought.

I'm also curious about the ability to integrate modern technology very directly into my practice, through soldering or some other physically constructive means and not software. I'm aware that this is a very confusing and advanced lens, so I'm not practicing any knowledge on this right now but I remain interested for the future.

Besides that, in mundane interests I like 80's/"VHS era" anime and OVAs (although I adore anime that's avant garde in presentation and/or writing in general), Musicals (the campier, the better), and music that combines unlikely genres together in some sort of fusion (folk metal, electro swing, trapenese, etc. I just really love that sound of combining traditional with technological sounds, it scratches a really nice itch.)

I'm looking forward to find some sort of help and perhaps, maybe even a friend on my way along learning more.

Welcome! I used to do quite a lot of soldering back in the day, so I'm curious how electrical components could be used in magic.. maybe an orgone generator? As for 80s era anime, obviously Akira and Studio Ghibli classics!

I'm not sure, but I have an uncommonly high affinity with spiritual fire and have observed that there's a connection with spiritual fire and electricity in the physical.

I've noticed that after charging my sigils (I call them talismans in my personal terminology and use), particularly impassioned chargings have caused a lightbulb or the wifi in my room to stutter for a brief moment. These instances are unintentional, but I have noticed that when my emotions run high this affect can happen as well. In both cases, these have only happened while not actively trying to invoke the result and also at a relative "peak" of my output.

Fire is energy itself, from a spiritual elemental perspective. I understand it as being warmth, a spark, the same type that can be equated in a purely mundane perspective as being the synapses in your brain and body since it is the energy that powers your functions. But that got me thinking... what if electricity and fire are elementally cousins? I want to understand this more out of a personal curiosity, because of a hunger to learn and also because I want to learn more about myself, specifically. Maybe taking apart and building electronics can be a way to understand this connection, a very physical adaptation of Alchemical deconstruction and reconstruction. I don't know what I'm looking to understand here, but there's something I want to understand and that's motivation enough to experiment.

Also tonal whiplash, but my personal favorites are the Devilman 80's OVAs (Gore Warning, do not take lightly), Portrait de Petit Cosette (also, Gore Warning, do not take lightly), Gurren Lagann (oddball choice but I have my personal favorites), Akira, A-Girl (Obscure, but wonderful), Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood (I'm a sucker for Alchemy aesthetics), and anything with the Studio Shaft directorial style because I have studio bias.

When I was on BALG and trying to work with Belial and the Goetic, I saw a diagram of all 72 seals side by side and thought it was a disassembled transmitter or communication circuit.
I think I've mentioned it here as well.

Edit; How the shit could I forget Code Geass when my username is a C.C. homage, fucking hell

Interesting. I've seen this genre of observation in passing, maybe this is something to look into? Thank you for sharing.
