Hello, I'm new. I do magic. I like reading about stuff and learning about new traditions and practices. It's nice to be somewhere with like minded people.
Greetings! What are you into?

As far as esoteric stuff I have eclectic tastes. I'm an animist.. right now I'm nerding out on shamanistic/folk craft stuff (think Cochrane) but I'm also into grimoire stuff, psychedelic states, ritual magic, curandero etc. I'm in the US southwest and definitely believe in genius loci so anything local, indigenous etc is a big turn on.

My sister lived near Farmington N.M. for a spell. It was a truly awe inspiring thing to go wander among the cedars in the hills at night, white ground under full moon. (Is cedars right? They look like tall junipers, but in Texas folks in the Hill Country called 'em cedar.)

Yeah I'm up north here and the skies are amazing. . I think they're just called junipers here but they're cedars. If you cut them they smell like cedar anyway.

As Monty Python would say, "Blast it man! This is magick we're working, not a botany lesson!" And I'm the one who started it, sad to say.
