My intent with this study is to find out what works and what doesn't, so that I may use it to improve my standard of living and that of a select group of others.

I honestly just chose to join this community because you all don't let us download any books without joining
And now that I'm here, I'd like to ask what your own intentions are with regard to this particular field of human endeavour.

Not everyone cares about the occult.

And yes. You're absolutely right about synthesising both models to create an improved approach towards healthcare.
The truth is that despite having a better mechanical understanding of physiology today, we still lack the individualistic approach to healthcare that occult models of medicine seem to emphasise.
Underneath much of the superstition and fraudster abuse is the seed of something that holds the secrets to the spontaneous remissions we see with the chronically ill.
For example, I find the Ayurvedic medical idea regarding constitutional elements (Doshas) to be simple and easily useful in a variety of areas like nutrition, even though it lacks the capacity to be applied towards a larger population as of now.
But the real gem of medical occultism imo is undoubtedly in astrology. The prospect of predicting disease and death with precision, and finding ways to remedy those karmic debts for a longer healthier life is very attractive.

For my part though, occult sciences are more about personal power to me.
Subjects like Kundalini and how they overlap with the physiological phenomenon of frission. This is more my thing.
The subtle improvements to healthcare that I can adopt through understanding occult models is just the icing on the cake.

I admit ignorance when it comes to anatomy & physiology, the closest I've gotten is a little neuropsychology. I'm approaching the square-health industry from the psychology / psychiatry angle, gunning for a PhD because that'll make it easier for normies to listen.

I believe - out of ignorance or someone's desire to control the masses - weakness and helplessness has been fostered & idolized in our cultures, alongside typical submission to authority nonsense, to the point where people on average don't even know they can improve themselves!

Personal power & self cultivation are my occult interests. Really, the occult just needs some experienced translators, people who understand both languages and can bring this powerful stuff into the mainstream. Mindfulness revolutionized psychology and that's as surface level as you can get. Maslow's pyramid looks like a simplified version of the Chakra system. Real change needs to happen, cause people are sick and our Healthcare systems are not equipped.
