This is the book i bought after listening to someone's review over the content contained in it. Currently im not sure if there are any pdf files floating around for this book i am reviewing here in the english translation i have, but i highly recommend the work of this author just by this one small book i read of his.
Pierre de Lasenic has a way of writing that is very clear to understand and moves you into a way of thinking just by reading what he writes. This book was originally intended for the 1st and 2nd degree of his order. This is specifically on Czech Martinism which is Martinism mixed with Hermeticism. It is a practical book to initiate you into Czech Hermeticism.
Although i do not really care too much about Christianity (being brought up catholic), i found alot of wisdom especially in the 1st degree section of the book. I took this whole section as instructions to be a better person and to have better habits. Its like a life coach in a book in my opinion. I am currently reading it again, because i liked it alot. To be honest i decided to treat this book with care, so i decided not read the second degree part of the book yet as the first part has so much to focus on.
As said in the preface of this book by Matthew Blankenburg, Pierre de Lasenic was a close friend of Franz Bardon. Franz Bardon had taught magic at on of Lasenic's lodges called "Universalia."
If anyone has heard of this book i have read and am reading again, I would like to hear from you what you think about this work. If you have any information about the author i would be glad to hear from you as well.
