Greetings from Poland!
My first time getting into the occult was more than ten years ago, however back then I was young and inexperienced and so I was stumbling around without a solid foundation or means to distinguish the value of information. It was probably for the best that I took a break back then.
After those ten years, I've come back. Decided to start with reading Dion Fortune's books, and went from there. Some other notable books that influenced me were Meditations on the Tarot and Ouspenskii's In Search of Miraculous.
As I was reading I realized how little I actually know - almost nothing, in fact. And so, I want to change that. To not only know, but also understand so that I can take conscious action.
I'm mainly interested in Western ceremonial magic and after a few months of just reading I've picked up Kabbalah, Magic and the Great Work of Self Transformation so I could begin my practice with some structure to it.
I'm also a sanguine Vampyre, so I hope one day I'll learn more about that aspect of myself, too.
I'm grateful for the opportunity to be a part of here.
