Hi,
I was looking at this post, and I have also read several times that iron/metal tools are important and useful to remove all kinds of "parasites" or entities that stick to the some version of the subtle body (call it etheral body if you want, call it aura if you want, correct me if you need to).
Does anyone have to work in high security environments (government buildings/prisons/airports/tightly monitored high-speed train and so on) and have you found any kind of solution to this issue?
For my particular case I found that a spoon may work OK "on paper" but I ran into some difficulties in terms of visualization and in terms of efficiency.
What kind of items would you recommend?
Obviously some school of magick would recommend to do everything mentally but I feel like sometimes having a physical tool really gives that little boost of power to the ritual/action and helps focus the attention.
Feel free to share tips and builds and advice

Not sure what sort of environment, could be anything from courts and airports to subterranean xenon-flash labs, but as I understand you need a ferrous magical tool that is obviously not a weapon?

Maybe a piece of hematite?

Jewelry.

Especially if you are a female, none will remove your jewelry, especially if you take it down and willingly let it go through the scanner. I got my blade shaped ankh on my neck on airports through international travel into Israel and back. No problem anywhere. I had it on thick snake styled chain.

But I think that there is not really that much judgement for male having necklace either. Just be sure that you don't have anything sharp, there are pendants hiding razor sharp blades - stay away from them. But these should be no problem. Small blade pendants can be easily bought on Aliexpress or on some pagan or historical events. But stay within reason.

One unlucky dude got arrested for playing with model of blade in public. But that wasn't pendant for sure.

Don't have to be a blade. Like who would dare to have a problem with a cross or something? I have homemade necklace created from keychain and five metal feathers representing one of angels. Depends on what would work for you.

Maybe a simple (but special..) key on your keychain? The symbology of opening or closing / locking something seems perfect, and it's as common an item as it can get.
Key is great idea. Symbolism is definitely there.

I have that piece of cloth based on talit, that serves me well.
But if it has to be metal, there are many things that can work for rituals. Anything sacred can work. From pendants: Angel sigils, Thor's hammer, Tree of life (Celtic, kabbalah, etc...), Cross of any kind...
Angel or dragon wing would also have an effect.

Now that I think of it, if you are open to pop culture stuff, there are pens that are shaped as magic wands from HP or wizard staves from LOTR. Also from other fandoms...
