Maybe someone with knowledge can offer some advice? How can one learn this, or what's the secret? How can one enter the valleys? Like Jack Sawyer's character did? In the book, the talisman is by Stephen King and Peter Straub.

In short, the story is this. At a young age, Jack was learning the basics of magic, interested in the mystical and the unknown, in order to save himself and his ailing actress mother. They wandered from hotel to hotel—essentially, fleeing dangerous people and dangerous circumstances. So young Jack set off on a journey with his friend, the Wolf. They somehow learned to enter other dimensions—chambers called valleys—and retrieve certain objects from there. These objects were related to objects from our world, but looked different and had different properties. Naturally, they were hunted and people tried to find out how they did it. How did they get there?

Thank you in advance for your attention.

I partially managed to get the talisman from the Other World. It also glows rainbow-colored from the radiation, and it can heal here.

Why exactly the valleys? Why should one go to these magical valleys? Because there's an entire kingdom there, a fair with many valuable things. There are drinks, wild horse adventures, but the thing is... Somehow, these writers transferred parts of our reality—something that actually happened somewhere—to their books, and slightly veiled, embellished, or, so to speak, hid the truth. Here are the tales, like those of an Arab mystic, and... Do you preserve the truth with lies?

Are you asking about lucid dreaming, astral travel, active imagination or something else?

Other worlds, other dimensions...
This connection to the mage tower is clear to some, obscure to others, and unexplored and inexplicable to others. The location of the mage towers is a big, big secret. It's a mystery, and those who know it gain incredible powers. These powers include the ability to travel to other worlds. And these dimensions. And so on, right up to some incomprehensible secrets.

What you are interested in is some kind of talisman, extradimensional artifact, or a gift from the Gods like from some kind of Greek mystery. In order to do that, you'd have to prove yourself to be worthy of that kind of power, and not be a schizophrenic lackadaisical man-child.

There are lots of threads on this forum where I have laid out my own personal technique for entering altered-states, though from the sound of it you'd just be better off creating your own talismans rather than discovering them elsewhere. You don't strike me as someone with an explorer's temperament.

I personally suggest you research Native American and general pre-civilizational Shamanism for their techniques, put the fucking stories down and actually go out into the woods. You will only get yourself killed if you mix fantasy with reality.
