“...People are a fairly new phenomenon in our lives. That's why everyone has different attitudes towards them. Some are interested, some are squeamish and rejected, some don't care... But in the opposite direction it stirs the mind much more massively and strongly. How to treat the fact that someone suddenly starts calling you for help, although you do not know him... Imagine that one day you are interested in you, for example, owls. They have chosen you as their spiritual leader. Every day they crowd by your window, ask you for help or bring you something tasty. Every owl on the planet knows you like chocolate and fried fish. It seems and nothing so terrible, well, strange all this of course, but not deadly, however, you constantly have a dirty balcony! And they knock on your window at different times of the day and night.
And whether the goodies they bring pay for it is a good question... It's about the same feeling I get from people who make rituals for gods, infernos and other beings above themselves. I feel sorry for them, and it doesn't take much effort, but it takes a lot of time and nerves. And the talk about it... On both sides. Someone from the Highest is already practically professionally occupied with people and their problems, like Hinduism, someone angrily denies the very connection with them and never responds to anyone. Someone makes up incredible demands to weed out those who are just bored... And where do you think these gifts in the form of basins with eyeballs come from? You think they need a bowl of eyeballs? No, it's just that only someone who needs it VERY badly will reach the target!!!

I get called up a lot. Not so often now, but in the past, my name used to come up a lot, and it was intrusive. I know what's written about me, and it's nonsense, not worthy to smear on paper. However, it's being used, even just knowing my name. One of my names.
So how do they treat rituals here. Rituals can (and should!) be divided into two types: a ritual-acquaintance, aka call, and a ritual-plea for help. In the first case, a person applies for the first time and wants to draw my attention to himself. Both sigils and something from my favorite drinks, foods and smells, which were taken intuitively, are used. It's like hiring, a person comes somewhere for the first time and shows himself - here I am, look at me, oh great one, I want to work with you. And drink your tea, great one, I brewed it for nothing....
That's what future priests do, that's what they do on first contact. You summoned me, we looked at each other, evaluated each other, and decided something for ourselves. And this ritual does not necessarily have to have a practical purpose, it is just acquaintance, a sign of respect, and it can be done once. Agree, it is strange to start every day with an interview, if you have already been hired (or not) for a job and you have a clear answer about your request. But many people do not stop and they chatter again and again, again and again, and again they burn candles, and again they bring tea, often without expressing any special requests, but just taking my time. Man, we've already met, be quiet.
In the second case, a person wants something specific. He summoned a deity and asked for help - to destroy something, to charge, to make, to create... More often they go to pantheons for this, but the scheme is the same. And then the deity decides whether it will take up such an “order” or not, whether to help or to give a kick in the ass.
So this is what I want to say first of all: stop confusing the first and the second. If you are engaged in rituals, you should understand very clearly what you are doing and why you are doing it and who you are for the summoned person - a familiar or NOT a familiar person. Because for these cases there will be completely different schemes of work and mutual comfort. And if they don't know you, it's at least silly to demand help, money and other things.
The way I see it, the call itself... At the moment when a person is still just going through the names in the text and forming in his mind a request related to me, I feel the movement of channels and the field around me. It's about like a very quiet and one-time ringing of the phone. Yes, the person hasn't even done any ritual yet, but the intention itself is already hanging in space. If I don't have anything to do, I can come literally right away. You just thought of me, and I'm already here. If a person is my acquaintance, priest, employee, in a word, I know him personally well, then there is no sense in the ritual at all, just as there is no sense in getting acquainted with a familiar person every time. Just dial his number and say what you want to say. If you HAVE met the person you're calling, he or she has seen you, knows you, and has come to see you, there's no need to do it all over again (remember the daily interview, we think). Draw an analogy - call me by my name and I'll come if you've earned my trust or piqued my interest. Make more analogies with people around you and you will make fewer mistakes.
And if I know you, I am interested in you, and I answer you willingly, then you can call me for pies and intimate conversations. I like to sit over tea, pipe and conversation with someone I like, answer questions, chat... But not before. Just as it is not customary to call poorly acquainted people to visit. I am interested in people, but selectively. As a way of conveying information or telling my thoughts to someone that it is better to understand them myself. But in general, I don't need a blind and deaf person at all. If a practitioner needs to see shaking curtains and catch bright glitches for his work, why do I need such a worker and a friend? It works with the gods, but rarely with the Nizami. It's like dealing with an invalid or a retard. It's noble, but is it necessary?
That's why the second annoying thing is that I'm not perceived standing at point-blank range, almost nose-to-nose. Open your eyes at last... Here you have expressed your intention - I have heard it... I have time, I have come, I am waiting. Here I am, I'm listening to you, speak. He doesn't see. Can't even feel it!
It would seem that you are given a chance to do it easily, without candles and mantras, as half a lesson was canceled at school, what a joy it is... But no. It doesn't work like that... You came to the call and from that moment you can safely go for an hour or two on your own affairs, while the person there will doze off, draw his mugs on the floor, then you can come again and you will have time for a leisurely smoke, while he finally comes to talk to you, still by the book, he doesn't even look around... No one in his right mind will definitely not go to such calls for the second time. If the questioner is blind and stupid, then no help from my side will not do him any good. The second time on such a request will come some junior deputy who is punished and has no way out. Or no one at all.
And one more thing, which is more often related to the gods, but still... If you even got to the conversation, then there often begins a circus in the spirit of “and I do not need anything, I'm just in your glory here crucifying the third hour!”. An hour of my time has been taken away from me for my glory? Really?
Hindus and Wiccans have a very big problem with this, probably the biggest of all the pantheons.
person mutters a mantra invocation - Krishna! Krishna!
Krishna! What do you want?
And it also happens that people talk about something, they are given it, but they do not take it (because I am unworthy, sinful, etc., etc.). And not to take it is a terrible insult, after they came to you, listened to you, spent time and energy on you... So these people do not understand why they were punished. They think the deity is angry because I'm bad, dirty, sinful, etc. No, dummy, you asked for it, they gave it to you, you rejected it, and your god is telling you that you're a fucking asshole.
And he'll never give it to you again.
One last thing about offerings. The point of any gift is either to express attention and courtesy, or to give something of value to the person you have called. We are on different layers of reality, I cannot physically eat these foods or drink this wine. I can gather vitality from them, their useful essence. I can inhale the fragrance of the flowers or the oils, that's nice, you'll agree. But not to eat it. The meaning of this action is very archaic - I share this gift with you, as guests and hosts have shared a cup of wine since time immemorial. I “ate” my half, you ate yours. We shared it. There is no option of “I ate my half and you threw the other half in the trash” or “One ate my half and you put the other half under the tree and it rotted there.” By doing so, you do not realize the meaning of this action from the word at all.
Devils and demons are given to be eaten whole, gods and other Highest are given to be divided.

The point of an “expensive” offering is not the costliness, but the amount of energy released, which can already be interesting as currency. When you sacrifice a living being, you give life. By sacrificing blood, you give energy. All of this is taken by the higher one, because you have nothing to offer us except energy (in a good way).
What I want to say... There are rituals without invocation, there are techniques where the result depends on the number of repetitions (for example, with mantras), but they are a minority, and in order to work competently with all this, you must clearly understand the difference. What you do, what you read, why you read it and what result you expect. And, of course, it is banal to see this very result. Before you shout with book words, outline yourself with incomprehensible signs and break into a lump, extracting something that you intuitively do not even need, ask yourself a simple question: is it necessary for the one you call? All these lines, bowls, candles... I personally don't need it.
