I'm trying to take advice, stop practicing Magick, stop improving myself.

It feels wrong, how do you give up the path and accept that it's not your path to work on yourself? Working on yourself, subjected people towards trauma and just made you reactive and brought forth your reactivity.

What do you replace Magick with? this will be my last post on this forum, I'm going to start drinking as a replacement for Magick but i have to get alcohol.

I reframed my beliefs to believe in a God that punishes people for no reason to try to justify why I faced trauma if not my path to work on myself or heal.

In order to reframe my question, how do you give up the path? This will hopefully be my last post.

You replace Magick with therapy that is humanist, behavioral, and jungian oriented. With jung you can do dream discussion, shadow work and general psychology. Behavioral will help you align your behavior and humanist will help you align your beliefs.
I would still recommend a twice daily LBRP with intensive weekly therapy per the above.

Jungian therapy I associate with the occult. I was using Magick to try to improve. I'm learning to give that up and I am trying to let go.

I'm probably self-sabotaging myself, and the fact that I'm aware of that is due to the work I've done and that intellect and insight I'm going to try to blunt.
