Protection psalms are surprisingly useful. Smudging (smoke, I don't know if the word is correct) your entire home so they can't "see" your life, using plants like rue and Peumus boldus, and you can also burn black cat fur because of their stealth (don't harm the animal). If you know Ars Paulina, I recommend the angel Narcriel, one of the angels of protection.

I also think that spells to corrode defenses and senses could be useful. Perform banishments after the attack to prevent any return of bad energy.

If you have access to testimonies (translated from Portuguese) of your enemies, such as hair, figernails, objects, or pieces of clothing: Create a doll, an effigy of them. You can use string to bind the doll so it can't act against you. You can hammer rusty iron nails into its eyes so it can't see you; nails into its ears so it can't hear you. Leave the testimonies inside the doll.

Buy a box mirrored outside, paint the inside with black paint, and place a doll of yourself inside, along with your testimonies and any sigils, words of power, psalms, or prayers of protection. It goes without saying that everything must be consecrated, but this way the mirror reflects back what is thrown at you.

Just talking off the top of my head.
