1 - Is there any good books and resources on exercises for training and developing telepathy? All the books I've found seems to focus on telling the experiences of the authors, or investigating wether or not it is real.

2 - Are spiritual beings good trainig partners for telepathy?

Not exactly telepathy, but I think if you seek books about mentalism(one of the areas of magic tricks) you will find exercises there that may help you maybe even develop your own telepathic practice.

I'm not much someone that likes telepathy so I don't have practice at it, but I think that if you learn to tune yourself to people's emotions(maybe through empathy) and learn to "read" and understand people(through psychology) you may very well be halfway(or 2/3) towards achieving something like telepathy.

Indeed it is hard to find books with practical exercises, specially when it comes to less popular things like telepathy.

I don't deal with spiritual beings so I can't amswer the second question, but I reckon that it would depend on factors like, "which being is it" and "how is your mental health today", because everything that deals with the mind has a huge potential for a huge screw up.

Yes, even with something dubious as telepathy, you can never be too prepared.

Unfortunately telepathy is pretty useless if you want to use it as 'mental radio' as Upton Sinclair put it. It basically relies (IMO) on two people ending up in the same set of outcomes which match wrt what they are thinking about. Thus, you will have no idea whether your telepathy has succeeded unless you cross-reference the sender and receiver by normal means (like asking them, having the answers written in sealed envelopes which are then compared, and suchlike).

Think of it as a magical act involving two people where your intent is to find out that you have matched up the receiver's thoughts with your own, and that the receiver's intent is the same.

Thanks, are there any books on mentalism and this aspect of psychology that you would recommend?

Wouldn't this indicate a necessity to vacate the mind to better captate what the other is sending?

Telepathy is one of the gifts that comes from practicing pranayama (awareness of breath; by extension, awareness of everything else).
As far as I'm aware, every siddhi (that is, every supernatural power) can come from pranayama. They don't come all at once, and I've never heard a report of someone getting the one they aimed for first, but they do come.

Pranayama is a practice you can blend with any other practices and integrate into your daily life easily. There is never a moment of the day when you are not breathing, which means you can always return your focus to your breath.

Breath awareness is one of the foundational skills in majiq that everyone needs to learn. It's like a reset button for when you start getting caught up in the material world, a moment to return to the inner world and remember that everything you're feeling is inside you.

It's hard to report on telepathy because it's so anecdotal an experience, but anecdotally I experience telepathy moments almost daily.
