[Help] how to stop blocking the energies around you in your vibrational field

Hello everyone, I would like some help and/or assistance in general on how I can stop blocking the vibrational energies, external to my vibrational field, because I kind of automatically block this, I can have all the energetic perception around me when I want but when I need to feel, hear or understand the energy around me it simply blocks me, how can I bring out and work on this part of mediumistic perception

Think of it this way: When you speak, you don't really listen. So you need to shut up to hear. If you want to sense things with your mind, it's the same.
To pay attention to your senses you need to pay attention.
Deep breath comes to mind as very effective in calming the body as well as the mind. But it's about practice, if you keep doing it that way, it will start to work effectively in time. Quiet mind can hear/sense. Loud one not so much.

If you can explain more clearly what exactly you are blocking and which specific energy you want to feel, I can look at the situation and check what isn’t working properly for you.

Well, I have an energetic understanding of the different energies being obsessive, or "guides" (whether the person is embodied or not) of people and places, but it simply blocks this "clairvoyance" out of nowhere, and when I want to feel, I don't feel when I need to feel or manipulate a certain energy, it just doesn't work, I only feel the energy or manipulate a certain energy randomly, it doesn't give me the form I need or want, it simply works, my dear, it blocks everything around me and I can't open it when I want to.

The energies are being blocked by an entity. Around our bodies there are energy shells — seven main ones plus additional ones. In your fourth shell there is an "energetic object" (not a program) inserted. That is the reason for what you described. I can advise either trying to negotiate with the entity that controls it.
