Here's how Lucifer was telling me about how Affirmations don't work
( I was in the middle of working on a project with Lucifer when I heard him saying " Affirmations Don't work ". This happened yesterday...
Lucifer: " Affirmations Don't work , you see how you're developing now, you've left a lot of old beliefs behind and the things yo do believe now, you truly believe them"?
Me: "They did work for me once"
Lucifer: " Yes but at the time, you believed in what you were saying. For any affirmation to work it can't just be repeated like a parrot would repeat. The person has to believe first. The person has to say things they ALREADY believe. Pretending to believe and acting as if, doesn't work. You admitted yourself that one of your fault is that you never thought much about money . You never though much about how many wonderful new experience you could have, if you had more money. Partly, you came to magick for financial increase then found out how much better it is to not to constant money magick bit do self improvement so you have the right mindset for acquiring more $. What had to happen for you, is that you had to naturally see and experience that you were NOT happy with your finances. You had to stop lying to yourself and face your fears on the matter. You learned that for you, there are greater things you want that money can buy. For someone else that may be fine and satisfied. But for you, you had to meet your truths and face them.
The meeting of your truth came from experiences for the last two years. When you experienced lack in a very important area, you vowed to never experience that particular lack again. Affirmations can not give you life experiences that change you. Hypnosis is another story if done right.
but affirmations are not hypnosis. And no matter how anyone smiles, and thinks rich as they say them. If anyone is doing affirmations that they say work, then they are just reinforcing and re-firing up statements that they truly believe already.

Well, for these words I thank Lucifer, as the new age thinking that's really a large crock of not much, is no longer a part of anyway I think and believe. All truth is better than some sprinkles of truth
