Inner Alchemy is a very deep and grand but in this example I dis agree with the stone . Using visual here is a common practice. Best to learn the mystical anatomy of the body then you have a connection to authority beyond your imagination. Also initiation into the Magical Imagination of elves would help,
I do inner alchemy evry day, in the daoist tradition, you can become free of all heath concerns very fast. It holds much promise
