I figured how to interface with my mind, is like tuning consciousness, condensing it into a small point like a laser. Performed as smooth as oiled machinery with extreme precision and intent. Like everything that mattered in that moment was just that.
What i must say is that those actions in question have provoked a chain of actions that have led me to discover more insight and knowledge. So i must continue those practices, i request help.

What set this apart from other rituals is that my mind correctly interfaces with what i want and feel should do, my emotions align with my actions. I want something specific that only i understand. I usually trigger those states using music and personal daydreams/imagination, is there a way to get into those altered states of mind without having to use those things?
So far i tried to understand those states of mind and realized that they all concede themselves to me because they apparently relate to/originate from my mission, as if it only speaks a language which i happen to understand but need to learn to speak more.

I can get into strong trances and manifest whatever i want if i deem it convenient, the issue is that the language my emotions speak is very very specific and i need it to interface with other areas of life which hold no apparent connection/relation.
Im looking for information about or related to my situation but i havent had any luck and so im asking here if there is a way to make whatever situation i happen to be connect/interface somehow with my emotions. Even if i have to change myself (change my personality or mold my emotions) or change the exterior (change my enviroment or the situations i work with)

I've been entertaining reconceptualizing everything to manifest it into entities, objects or archetypes that my mind sympathizes with who are analog to outside (alien, external, different) entities which my mind is uninterested in.

This might not be practical in the long run but its okay i dont really plan to use it beyond certain uses.

On another note, i realized that most people work with magic within an outside to inside perspective, trying to mold themselves into external situations, instead of inside to outside. I Imagine the answer being lack of practicality, but there are plenty of uses for the mind even in an "unexternalized" state, at least i've personally found. I wonder why is this. Even if useless, i find not developing these senses a potential disservice.

Look into the Theory of Mind and its relationship to hypnotic induction. Maybe take a suggestibility test too. I imagine what you experienced was access to your subconscious and im willing to bet that your type of suggestibility to access it is known as "Emotional Suggestibility" which is inferential instead of literal. Emotional Suggestibility is notoriously difficult to induce that type of coparticipatory state between the subconscious and conscious mind and at one point was thought to be "unhypnotizable". I think if you identify your suggestibility type and understand what is happening in the theory of mind you'll be able to develop techniques to get you back into that state you experienced.

That makes for an interesting visualization technique to bring out when you need to focus, visualizing your focus as a broad floodlight of awareness, then quickly condensing and honing it into a laser-beam pointed at whatever you need to devotee your attention to. It sounds like it would help with focus on reading, or difficult tasks in distracting environments, or perhaps on meditation.

Likely practicing this visualization on a meditation point taped to the wall would help training this faculty and improve its efficacy...

I would suggest de-identification philosophy, i.e you're the one experiencing your emotions, not your emotions. Strengthening that understanding through contemplation and direct-experience will help you recognize, change, and still your emotions at will as needed, while also allowing deeper analysis and appreciation of your emotions as they arrive; you notice and savor much more complexity to the sensation of biting into a lemon wedge the more you focus on it, when you don't only the most obvious sensation are registered.
