Make an Invoking Two Handed Pentagram and then open up your hands in the center of the Star

Vibrate

PIR (Holy) in the West

ECRIN (Praise) in the South

LOHOLO (Shines) in the East

EMNA (Here) in the North

Raise arms in invoking V

Veni Sancte Spiritus

Palms together I
Triangle with hands A
Fingertips and Lunar + Venus mound of hands together but palms apart O

during the middle part, when you are vibrating these three letters, visualize a column of Light coming down into you as you vibrate the

then a horizontal beam as you vibrate

and then, as you vibrate the

see the cross turn widdershins, forming a swastika of Light
it is spinning counterclockwise because you are invoking the Light
