Invoking the Lion meditation:
This is a Fire ritual, augmented from red to gold. This ritual is perfect before fancy outings, important days, anytime you need to dress up, etc.
First you set your place of working, sanctifying it and cleansing it in the way most sacred to you.
You dawn your ritual self and activate your alter, announcing to your whole being that the working has begun and will require your whole focus. Again, only you know how this step can be done.
Meditate until solar consciousness is achieved. You are formless, undefined, and now able to mold the expression of your being to your desire: this is constructing a body/ego to house your divine spark.
Power and wisdom will be pulled in through your left hand via your instrument that acts as a conduit; it is just a chunk of prima-materia, in it you hold a handful of all creation and draw from it. This can be a staff, wand, whatever you want.
Within you, consciously, you welcome this raw power & wisdom, you transmute it within yourself into confidence, courage, effortlessness, and grace by meditating on the symbolism of the Golden lion. The demiurge, the ruler, masculine violence, worldy power & kingship, the lion is linked to all of these within the collective unconscious. As you do this, visualize a suit of golden lion's armor enveloping your being, forminf from the very golden energy you exhale.
You bring in power through the conduit, inhale it, transmute it through the meditation, and exhale it into creation. The visualization should all be effortless. Your working space is your Pride-Rock, your working space expands to infinity in all its manifestation, your armor is perpetual, thinking about it is as complete as thinking about your skin, it houses your formlessness, it has been chosen as its expression.
As the armor of energy is crystallized, the access exhaled energy fills your aura, turning it golden. With each exhale, it becomes more vibrant and luminous. Continue this until it is sufficiently bright. There is such a thing as too much energy, so stop it at your limit.
Conclude the working in your fashion. Remove all magical artifacts and be mindful of yourself as you go into the world. If you have done this correctly, you will feel the confidence of a lion walking among sheep & mangey wolves. You may remember this working during your day to reinvigorate your lion-body.
