Seems to be a free e-book grimoire about Qliphotic stuff.
This is the collected works of Aka Paimon, former leader and creator of the Sect of Angra Mainyu. Much of the content of this book was withheld from the public, or greatly censored, but after the collapse of the esoteric Sect Aka Paimon took all his work written during his time within the Sect and released it in "near completion" for the first time. This book contains "The Grimoire of Aka Paimon" uncensored and "Liber Inferno" uncensored along with books which the council voted to never release to the public, a move which lead to the death of the group. Those new to the system of Aka Paimon now have nearly all the content hidden in the sacred "Tome of Ahriman" in this one book, and those already familiar with the system can now learn many of the secrets they were once denied.
