Hi all, I'm seeking out Laurie Cabot's book Power of the Witch.
It's a great book for beginner to intermediate witches, and magicians alike due to the chapter "Instant Alpha", which describes brainwave transitions due to physical anchors.

For frame of time reference, I bought the book between 1989 and 1991, last I saw the book it was in 1992.

Yeah, she really moved me up a level, along with Buckland.
Conway and Cunningham are great for beginners, Drawing Down the Moon is another great one but a bit more advanced. By Adler I believe.
