When doing the LRH Sol invoking, we are the center of the universe, we are the sun with the planets revolving around us. Delores Ashcrift Norwicki had an interesting diagram in her Ritual Magic Workbook.
Ownchef said it boiled down to speed, but its not so much the unicursal form I seek though seems simpler, I want to practice the traditional ritual form. At the same time, I would burn a colored candle (yellow or gold), appropriate incense (frankincense), and their table (Sol) and seal (Michael).
Advice on performing the traditional Sol Invoking LRH?
Sol can heal and burn.
