To be effective, most spells require something tangible from the target, preferably something from their body like hair or nail clippings. As an analogy, consider how a hound dog can detect its target by learning the scent from an item of clothing. I would doubt the effectiveness of a mere photograph without something more etherically linked to go along with it.

Most 'love spells' that actually work are really just imposing some level of lust or obsession in the target, especially when they are working on the level that you are asking about. While it is possible to make a rite to accomplish what you are asking, these things are more likely than not to end incredibly poorly.

If the target is receptive to the working, you'll have someone who will approach you in a relatively unhealthy way that makes a lasting relationship difficult, and if the target is not receptive it'll backfire and they'll start feeling avoidance and distrust towards you because they are unconsciously repelled by whatever you're trying to make them feel.

Better to do a working towards opening paths of interaction then leveraging your own social skills than to use magic to force them to feel a certain way.

yeah, it's probably better to aim to encounter somebody that one's will have naturall mutual attraction with rather than imposing something on someone

at some point when I was doing some meditation to "find love", within a week I met a girl that I found really attractive and that was the one that first proposed we see each other again. It went nowhere though because of the entities that were parasitizing me that sabotaged it, by making me become extreemly needy toward that girl.
