I once cursed two related companies for treatment of lower level workers, even concocting a hotfoot oil.
I used my name tags rather than printing company logos.
This may have been a placebo effect ... I was not on good terms with gangbangers in my area. I ended up being the one moving. There was later management change and employee turnover, but again may be routine or a placebo effect in reverse order.

The hell you talking about, I invoked spirits without the use of ritual.

"Did anything go wrong". Only for two spirits did it not go particularly wrong.

Might as well have had the flu.

I wouldn't call it funny or even interesting, but I did an serious curse on a women years ago. I lost track of her, but she passed exactly 365 days later. In that year she got engaged and fell pregnant, the baby also passing with her. One of my greatest successes, and simultaneously my greatest failure. 😔
That was not cool

Not funny, but I did work to get rid of David Cameron as Prime Minister, and he lost the Brexit vote and then resigned. I would rather he had stayed, and we not had Brexit :-/

Also did work to get rid of Donald Trump, and I firmly believe that it was the global pandemic that stopped him immediately getting a second term. So I ended up in the pandemic set of universes.

Well done me :-(

Nope. This version of me just ended up in the worldset where the pandemic happened.
This sounds like Hawk & Jackals system, they call it Tesseract magick, difference is you believe that every choice and therefore ritual splinters timelines unlike above who go through a spesific set of ritual.

That looks like a problem with her partner. You can pass on that one.

How about your mother?
From all accounts her partner was absolutely in love with her, treated her like a queen, and was devastated at her passing. Their relationship developed after I cursed her.
And my mother is fine, 9 years later.

Kinda like that, except that the entire multiverse already came pre-splintered :)

Think about one of those Choose Your Own Adventure books; the whole book with all the choices you could make already exists all at once, but you only see the single path that you take through it.

I use this analogy often. The first book in the series is "The Cave of Time."
That's excellent! The first one in the UK was "The Warlock of Firetop Mountain" :D

Hopefully not so appropriate :)
