Has anyone mastered astral projection? Like being able to project at will, being able to remember everything that happens in the trip, and mainly using it to your advantage in life?

Of course, but I will gladly recommend to read the books: Ichinose, Nikumo - Mysteries of Out-of-Body Experience, Vol. I-V (2025) This book lead to the path of another one, which I am looking for here, maybe one day someone will share it here....which is: Ichinose, Nikumo - Neuromuscular meditation manual, Part I, II, III (2025) where the author guarantes achieving OBE, AP.
These tho books are most important learning OBE:

Ichinose, Nikumo - Neuromuscular meditation manual, Part I, II, III (2025)
