[Help] Memory Spells Requests

I have been working through the Greek Magical Papyri for information.

I'm wanting to see if there's any clues to figure out what goes in a great deal of the missing sections and even if there's any common threads between spells.

At the moment I'm wanting to study Memory spells. There are 3 named memory spells in the PGM but a few other references to techniques on remembering what happens in a trance.

I don't think I have anything more interesting to say about this right now. I want more data points first.

So I am requesting your memory spells, rituals, and exersises. What memory spells from what grimoires, oral traditions, and books of shadows have you found? Which ones do you have success with?

I've never heard of those entities. How would I go about working with them?

@Jackson shared my method here which I found to be pretty useful! I definitely had benefit from this Tarl Warwick ’s translation of pope leo's grimoire. I recommend doing it over a period of 3-5 days and seeing how it goes with you, I think the effect is very obvious and it kinda strengthen the memory!

I used it with my hubby who was a lil bit forgetful and I did notice significant improvements! I also drank from the same tea and noticed that I was able to remember small and insignificant tiny events in my daily life if that's to note

Shouldn't be too hard to recreate with a traditional/ceramic teapot or even a mug, you can be creative with implementing it.

Some (folk) practices: put it under the pillow in your bed or put fresh rosemary on strings in your studyroom and let it dry over there. When you study there while it is drying, your will be more easy to memorize things. Another thing I did was making a spell bottle of dried rosemary needles on waxing moon (first quarter) for better memory (rosemary) and growing knowledge (moon) and a pinch of salt in it to banish unhelpfull thoughts while doing studywork. There must be a hair or a nail clipping in the bottle of the persons who wants to learn things. It is binded by a white ribbon because white contains all colors and thus all kinds of knowledge. If you need occult knowledge, you need a black ribbon also.
