Nei Gong Qi Gong methods

Hi all,

Looking for the right path within Qi Gong to do gathering, sensing, condensing, and flowing qi, which falls under Nei Gong. Anyone know a great book on precisely that? Ive uploaded some Im still reviewing. Perhaps a meridian technique? Im still doing Dragon Guarding the Treasure from Fire Dragon Qi Gong within my rhythmic breathing and energy raising.
