Elmer O. Locker Jr's grandfather was a member of Neville's VIP group ( and for which Neville charged no money ). Ignore the rest of Jr's channel, it's pretty clickbaity; but these two videos are good for an eyewitness account of how even a complete beginner can apply Neville's Law of Assumption (LOA). Even regular folk (normies) were able to "manifest" events.

I hope section is the right place. I'm putting links to these videos here because I now consider of Law of Assumption to be foundational to learning to use your imagination well. If you want to later add chaos magic sigils or whatever, sure, but they're not really necessary.

Once LOA clicks for you, you can add other materia magica as part of our shared externalized-appearing-mind (things appearing to be in the world) . These more trad-occult items and practices are still very useful to "fix" your imagination in time through actions.

And it's also true, I have found, that adding additional minds, be it other humans or spirits, can be force multiplier. But LOA technique work when engaged in even without all the other occult and sorcerous clutter and brickabrac.

Note: Part 2 is a little salty. These are just regular folks in a private moment, and not fringe weirdos like most of us magicians.
