New Sub-Section for Fulfilled/Declined Book Requests

Hello,

I believe the Book Requests section is messy, as requests are mixed between open requests and finished ones.

A good solution would be to make a sub-section within the Book Requests section. Here's a bit of an initial overview:

Is called "The Archive" or something or that sort.
Members cannot open new threads in this section.
Staff is to move finished (both fulfilled and declined) threads to that section.
I am unsure if commenting should still be open. Up to you.

I am good with no comments. No need. It is archived already.

When in the book requests section, you can filter by prefix.



There is no need to inflate sections when this exists for your use case.
