Anyone know of a source on this? Something to improve my ability to meet people in these places?

Can you specify what you mean exactly? If you visit a nightclub (during opening hours, that is), you're bound to meet people there, after all. On the other hand, if your intentions are of the romantic kind and you hope that psychology can help you with that, you might be in the wrong forum, try the PUAs instead. If it's love magic you seek, there's already a thread for that. If you're simply looking for company and making new friends, a nightclub is probably not a good place, a pub would be a better venue. If your intentions are in fact romantic and you're a guy operating within the heterosexual format, I'd like to remind you of the hackneyed saying, "Faint heart never won fair lady" and say, "Out with it, man, don't be shy and tell us exactly what you mean!"

Hello. My advice having worked in night clubs for many years: dress nicely, refine your manners, and ignore everyone. There should be a pile of bodies at your feet by the time the night is over.

Depends on what type of nightclub you are going to. If it is like a rave type that should not be that hard due to most of the crowd being on molly — they allready want to talk to everyone in that case.

Lol i think you are right. And thats exactly what happened to my friend that used to work at nightclub. He comes home one night with 2 girls and im like how did that happen? Hes like "I dont know, it just happened" haha
