Published in 2005 by Portal Publications, 200
Copies were made. It was 20 pages or so, staple bound.

According to the Weiser Antiquatian website, the edition was limited to 200 copies => super-rare book (Rule No. 5).

Yes 200 copies like I put in the post. I have found digitized copies of books with only 25 copies worldwide so I thought with 200 copies it might be feasible. Not intentionally trying to break a rule.
