In the Christopher Josiffe article "Aleister Crowley, Marie de Miramar & the True Wanga" (familiar to Thelemic researchers for it's details on the very obscure "Obeah Simplified" volume), a passage states that virtually the same text was serialized in The Theosophist Journal of 1891 by one Miad Hoyora Kora-Hon.

Further along, reference is made to two volumes by William Seabrook (The Magic Island, and Witchcraft: Its Power in the World Today) and (in the bibliography) to Obeah : Witchcraft in the West Indies by Sir Hesketh Bell.

Included in this .zip file is that article, the 5 portions of the Theosophist Journal with the aforementioned serialization, the 2 Seabrook volumes, and the Hesketh Bell book (all in PDF format).
