Greetings,

I am starting out with Golden Dawn system, however I noticed there are actually 2 editions of course. Both being by Regardie. Links below.

I did some digging online and it seems that Regardie wrote the New Falcon edition in 1984 due to licensing issues with Llewellyn.

It was also mentioned that the New Falcon edition lacks Godwin's index, which is present in Llewellyn's edition. (I am not aware what that is, nor how important is it)

Regardless, I am unsure which one to pick. The core can be similar but chapters can be different. Others suggested that the 7th edition of the Llewellyn edition has more issues than the previous 6th edition.

Moreover I also noticed "Complete" edition by New Falcon, which is split in two books (Both being around 700 pages, in total ~1400 pages). Is this edition worth it over the two others?

I am all over the place and as you can see. What are the pros and cons of each of these 3 options? Is the latest option really the most complete option? Any thoughts on which is the most optimal edition?

Thank you.
