[Archive] [pewep] Collection of third eye super-potent exercises

A thread that was copied from the original Wizard Forums.
I'm not 100% sure if this is the correct section, but I felt compelled to at least put this knowledge down in case anyone may find it useful. These are THE MOST potent Agya exercises I know - not from reading but personal experience. When I do them, I get immense activity in my third eye - not just the forehead region, but my chakra all the way deep into the middle of my brain (this happens to also light up my crown chakra). I've done them for a while and I can feel my third eye at any moment I wish to, so I know they work.

The best thing about them is that they don't require any visualization whatsoever - just practice. So that makes it SUPER easy for beginners and advanced energy workers alike. Keep in mind practice makes perfect - you can either let this sit in a lonely virtual drive somewhere or put it to use, the choice is yours mates Smiling.

1. Awakening magick
(preferably done naked or with nonrestrictive clothing):

Clear an empty space in your room/meditative area. Face north. Stand feet apart so that they are planted comfortably and raise your arms until they are just a little bit above the horizontal line. Take in 10 breaths - pay attention to your breath and keep it calm and steady. Then raise your arms until your hands are touching then arch your back backwards as far as you can (without falling over). Come up slowly, bring your arms back down to your sides then take in three breaths.

This is a very easy exercise and personally, if I'm not already feeling energy in my third eye, I'll almost certainly feel a light pulsing/pressure on my forehead. This is the lightest exercise but it'll get the energy going so that others can really get in deeper. I'd recommend doing it twice a day but once a day is fine.

2. Pineal humming

This is my 2nd favorite one because it gets my third eye buzzing so hard I feel like a total zombie while doing it. Personally I can get the vibration to the point where I start hearing astral noise/voices - a little distracting and scary at first but a good indication of progress.

Get into your meditative position, relax and start humming. Make sure this is a comfortable hum - not too low or too high, just perfect for you. DO NOT loudly hum, this should be fairly quiet/normal but distinct. Keep your mouth closed and breathe in through your nose. This takes a little practice to get perfect but you'll notice that you feel your lips vibrating. That's good but what you want to is to feel the vibrations all over your face. Again - DO NOT force this by increasing the loudness, just feel it. Eventually you'll start feeling the vibrations going all the way into the middle of your brain. That's the sweet spot when you can feel that. Hum away and focus right into the middle of your brain. Your third eye will start vibrating accordingly. Do it for as long as you can stand it. Definitely at least aim for 15 minutes.

If you get a headache, just let the energy go. Don't hold on too tight to anything, just let it go.

3. Skull squishers

This is a subset of energy body combing and an exercise I found out and developed on my own. Your hands are an excellent energy reservoir and with consistent practice, you'll be able to feel the chakra points within them. But for now:

Stand up in your empty space. Move the energy to your hands and increase the radiation coming out of them. Bring them close and father apart, eventually after increasing the energy in them enough, you'll feel either a pulling or pushing force between them (you can change this just by will). When you feel a distinct pressure between them, raise your hands to the middle of your head - palms facing the head and do a squishing motion like you're pressing your head.

This is a very intense exercise and you will be able to feel a very definite increase in energy in your brain/third eye + your crown chakra. Personally it's so intense that I don't do it for longer than a few cycles because it ends up giving me a headache from too much energy being in my brain. Also, this forces energy out of my crown chakra.

If you feel like it's too much, space your hands out further until you are comfortable. Don't do it too much unless you can handle it.

I also found out through experiments that this can also be done to the root chakra and you'll feel energy popping out of your third eye (forehead) and the top of your skull. In case you didn't know, the root chakra and crown chakra are very closely connected.

4. Skull back tappers

This energy exercise is actually my favorite and personally I am amazed at how crazy effective it is. I found it in an old witch book. Do this last after you get the energy going a bit. Also done standing up:

Take your hands and put them directly behind the back of your head. Align them so that your index and middle fingers from both hands match up with the left/right part of your brain. GENTLY (and I mean very gently) tap the back of your head in the following pattern:

left index finger, left middle finger, right index finger, right middle finger. That is 1 cycle. Do that for 10 - 40 cycles (as much as you are comfortable doing).

Simple huh? When I do this, I feel energy "popping" and crackling in my forehead like CRAZY. It's unbelievable - almost like there's a firecracker lighting up on my forehead center.

So that's it. I have a whole lot of other exercises I'll post eventually but these are the best for the third eye. Keep in mind the best way to develop any chakras is not 1 at a time - do them ALL. So work out your whole energy body and you'll progress a lot faster - every single chakra is connected to another and the whole body energy field at the same time.

Eventually you'll get to a point where you need more advanced techniques to progress (this is where visualization becomes important), but this should keep you busy for a few weeks/months (years??) depending on your level.

For the first exercise i see that you mention to face north. Would facing any other direction effect the effectiveness of the exercise? I am just curious of why you mentioned north.

I appreciate the content you are shareing with us. According to vedic numerology i am a lifepath of a 7 so as you see i like to question a bit lol.

O, this is a thread from an earlier version of WF. I am not the one who originally wrote this. Maybe because North is where the midnight sun is? Don't know if or why the direction matters, just thought the exercises on their own are a well written post that anyone can do and test.

Maybe i will try experimenting with that one using a specific time of day as constant while playing with the directions faced, and maybe i will have planetary hour in mind just as what is mentioned in ceremonial magic tradition.
