Planes and Magic: Causal and Acausal

Could someone explain to me causal and Acausal in terms of both planes and Magick?

The higher planes interpenetrate the lower planes so that it is an integrated Reality. Randomness is a construct much used by humans - perhaps to slow the learning process.

Magic is done by mages. They perceive enough of Reality to cause effects - often at some personal cost.

After a Mahapralaya, Beingness wishes experience and therefore causes Existence. Some of that experience occurs through the ill-considered actions of entities that choose an excess of dark or light energies. Even those ill-considered actions have causes - mostly beyond the perception of those humans.
