Hello all, I have recently been reading a very fascinating book called, "The Secret Life of Plants" which goes into the consciousness and extra physical senses of plants. One of the experiments done was by Marcel Vogel, a research scientist who picked three leaves and every day strongly willed one to live and ignored the other two. After a while, he found that the leaf he was paying attention to was still healthy while the other two started decaying.
This concept is fascinating for me and I will repeat the same experiment to see if I get similar results. I am not particularly gifted with this sort of thing but I have a strong belief it will work.
Any suggestions or similar experiences will be helpful, I am starting day one now.
Routine:
1. Meditate for 10 meditates, to solidify intent and refine focus
2. Use Vogel's method as follows: concentrating about a minute on the leaf, exhorting it lovingly to continue to live, and ignore the other two.
In about a week I should see results, this is mostly for myself but anyone else is free to partake in this experiment with me.
We'll see what happens
