I did a ritual yesterday where I evoked Luciferic magic. In that ritual I cut myself and smudged some blood on my sigil. Now I only cut myself twice. One for each half of my intentions. Today when i checked the area there was a third cut.

Now, obviously, I am very pleased to see my magick working. Can any of you attest to confirmations like this?

Who or what gave you the third cut? Like paper cut? Or something more serious? Cool sigil no one has seen yet? Got pics?

No, I cannot attest to anything like this. To my knowledge demons or whatever dont slice and dice. If they did, why would they need to wait for a ritual? Piss em off and off with his head!! Or just go full on Stigmata style on your ass.

The third cut appeared magically. It's about the same ss the other two in depth, however it is longer by about double.

It's not uncommon for a powerful entity that you are strongly connected to, such as Lucifer, to manifest in your life after performing a ritual. Most commonly people get sensory cues such a smells or tastes of the incense they burned during the ritual.

It was a self designed sigil.

Interesting confirmation way.
When I perform magic, confirmation I get is in the achieving my goal. I would not draw a sigil to evoke a cut on my skin.

What was your goal with your sigil, if you don't mind telling?

The most intentional working I did was an appeal to my Patron, Lord Ganesha, Remover of Obstacles and Bestower of Gifts for something very large and life altering.

After I had gotten what I asked for, in a series of perfectly timed and coincidental events, that very day, I was printing a large 800 page book and it inexplicably stopped printing on page 777, there was plenty of ink and paper. The number symbology is obvious, it was a profound wink from above that intervention was made on my behalf, and that it was for my best interest.

I would be curious about the original intentions. Are they being neglected?

It could be another, a "joker" or a "trickster", sliced the skin as a distraction, misdirecting with a false positive.

There is one thing on my mind. It's both fun as well as quite serious...

If I established a contact with an entity that says "I'm here" by cutting you or scratching you... well, I would definitely not want to be around when it would have a long speech to deliver.

Perhaps you accidentally made a third shallow cut while bloodletting? It's not outside of the realm of possibility. The type of thinking that can be promoted by doing workings, especially emotionally charged ones, can allow things like that to happen. If your aims are not achieved, can it really be successful? If you think of the thing you are tapping into as a battery, you want to conduct that flow efficiently. Sometimes it can be fruitful to not have any aim at all and simply experience that power and its results on the world around you--but lack of skill can come into the equation.
